Many, many years ago, F. J. Murphy & Son, Inc. had humble beginnings like most new businesses. Our initial focus at the time was on residential repair work. As the company grew over the years and spread into additional markets, we never lost sight of “where we came from” and so our residential repair business has grown right along with the rest of the company. With that longevity comes outstanding experience and the knowledge that there is probably nothing we haven’t seen before. This allows us to diagnose and correct any issues at your home in minimal time and expense.

Single Family

F. J. Murphy & Son, Inc. has installed complete systems on many, many multi-family homes in Central Illinois during the time of construction. Applying the same care we use on single-family homes, we service all components of Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and/or Fire Sprinkler systems at Hi-Rises, Apartments, Condominiums, and Townhouses. Many owners of such multi-family properties have discovered that they can hire us on an as-need basis to do all their mechanical maintenance and repair work at considerable cost savings compared to having full-time maintenance individuals on their payroll.
