UA Star Certified Service Technicians
Achieving MSCA STAR status necessitates a workforce comprising at least 75% UA STAR-certified service technicians. UA STAR is a rigorous certification program supported by the United Association of the Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Sprinkler Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.
UA STAR technicians pass a demanding exam, demonstrating the expertise needed to service, repair, maintain, or retrofit mechanical systems. To earn this certification, technicians complete a 5-year apprentice training, rigorous final written exams, and gain substantial on-the-job experience before passing the specialized Star exam.
This means you receive service from highly skilled technicians, ensuring correct, safe, and efficient work and minimizing downtime. Notably, the UA STAR program is the sole ANSI-accredited and ISO 9000 certified technician certification program in the HVACR, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and Piping industry. We do everything we can to make sure you can trust our technicians’ competence and commitment to excellence.
